What the configurator knows
20 rules, held as data rather than written into the code. The sales manager can change one without a developer, and every wording below is the one that was agreed on the prototype screens.
Hard stop or advice
A hard stop cannot be overridden in the interface. Anything that is not a hard stop is advice, and the insulation band suggestion is deliberately one of those. Rules that are internal notes for whoever is quoting are not on this page at all: they are not in the customer facing view of the rules.

Correct and fully supported. The E-Series is vehicle agnostic and runs on its own battery, so it works on engine driven vans as well as electric ones. It runs with the engine off, which suits multi-drop.
